Venue: Vikrant Institute of Technology & Management, Indore

Eligibility

The hackathon is open to students, developers, researchers, innovators, startups, and technology enthusiasts.

Participants must meet the eligibility requirements specified on the hackathon registration and Devpost pages.

Team Requirements

• Each team must have 2 to 4 members.

• At least one female member is compulsory in every team.

• Teams may work collaboratively on one selected problem statement.

Project and Submission Requirements

• Projects must address one of the official hackathon problem statements.

• Participants should develop their solution during the hackathon.

• Submitted work must be original.

• Any third-party code, APIs, datasets, libraries, or assets must be properly licensed and acknowledged.

• Plagiarism or submission of copied projects is strictly prohibited.

Technology

Participants may use relevant technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Blockchain, IoT, Data Analytics, AR/VR, and other suitable emerging technologies.

Judging Criteria

Projects will be evaluated based on:

• Innovation

• Real-world impact

• Technical implementation

• Feasibility

• User experience

• Presentation and demonstration

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain respectful, inclusive, and professional behaviour throughout the hackathon.

Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, cheating, or any inappropriate behaviour may result in disqualification.

Organizer Rights

The organizers reserve the right to interpret and enforce the hackathon rules, verify submissions, and disqualify entries that violate the rules or eligibility requirements.
